My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HI - I'M CASPER! I'm a 6-pound Chihuahua in need of a new home! I was rescued from a California shelter in August. My shelter paperwork says I'm 14 years old but honestly, I feel and act much younger. I LOVE hanging out with my doggy pals, and I'm a quiet and loving lap dog! I would love to share your bed and snuggle. I will do best with someone who works from home or who is retired, because I love to be with my person or people. I had some dental work done recently and lost a lot of my teeth, but I feel so much better! Please email for an application.
