My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toby is irresistible. We think he is a Pitbull/French bulldog mix. The vet thinks he is about 4 years.

Toby loves to be involved in everything you are doing and loves to play with other dogs. Toby loves life. Drawbacks are that upon initially meeting a new dog, he can be aggressive. Once Toby becomes familiar with a dog, he is ok. Toby likes toys and likes to chew so he should get a lot of exercise. He needs to be house trained. As you can see, Toby needs some training but his personality far exceeds any disadvantage.

Toby was very recently neutered so his rudeness upon meeting a new dog may subside some. He is fostered in a home with several other dogs and has his besties in the pack.

He is about 23 lbs or so. Pretty small!

Submit Application

All applicants must be prepared to provide proof of home ownership or a lease showing the pet will be allowed in the home

Approve Application

applicant will need to provide photos of the property detailing fencing and overall yard. More may be required

3.
Interview

Interviews may be done in person or on the phone or at time of meet and greet.

Dog and puppy adoptions EVERY Saturday from 12:00-4:00 at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
