Tyra couldn't get cuter if she tried!!! This sweet and beautiful girl came to us with her mom and 6 siblings from an overcrowded southern shelter. They were born on 7/9/23. Tyra's mom is Breezy, collage posted, and she was 22 pounds but dad is unknown. We assume she will be 25-40 pounds full grown. Tyra is a very energetic girl that is being fostered by an employee. In the foster home Tyra has been around several dogs, cats, goats and chickens. Tyra is still working on housebreaking, but she sleeps all night long in her crate and has had no accidents! Tyra is being fostered because on Monday 8/28 we saw her have 4 mini seizures, and then she had much worse one Tuesday morning. Due to the cluster seizures the vet put her on medication. She has so far not had any more seizures. Seizures disorders are hard to figure out the cause so we do not know if she will have more or not. If it is juvenile epilepsy she should out grow it, but again we do not know for sure the cause of the original seizures. What we do know is she is a happy playful and healthy girl. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt her will need to have a current vet in case she does have an issue. Tyra has not been spayed yet, but if local we will set up an appointment at our vet.
