Here's what the humans have to say about me:
JENNY, I got your number. I need to make you mine. Instead of 867-5309, you need to call 630/406-9405. That is the home phone number for my foster mom, Darla. She would love to chat to you about me, JENNY. In the meantime, I can fill you in on how wonderful I am. So, I am an adorable 15 week old puppy. The best guess is that I am a Labrador Retriever / Cattle Dog mix. I have an almost white coat with cute tan markings going down my spine. At my last vet appointment, I weighed a healthy 17 pounds. Who knows how big I will be as an adult?!? I was born to a stray dog down in Mississippi along with my 3 siblings. Luckily, all four of us puppies were able to head north to IL and become Rover Rescue dogs. Of course, I think I am the most delightful. I think the resident dog at my foster home would disagree. He is an 8 year old Mr. Grumpypants. I try my darnedest to get him to play with me and he is not one bit interested. Instead, he grumbles, but I know he is all bark and no bite. Hopefully, I can have a playmate, fur or furless, in my adoptive home. I love Nylabones, balls and toys, especially if they squeak. I am not fully housebroken, but my foster mom thinks I am doing really well. A timely schedule is crucial to help with my success. I currently go out at least every 4 hours. I do sleep in my crate at night and when I am left home alone. I have been very quiet when I am kenneled. Obedience classes are definitely going to be needed in my future. To make me a great family member, I am going to need lots of love, patience, consistency and positive training. If you are up to the challenge and for a good time, call 630/406-9405. The adoption fee for JENNY is $250.
