Meet the free spirit Willow!! This adorable Double Dapple Daschund is 12 lbs of enthusiasm and joy! Willow is about 1 1/2 years old. She is a LOVER of TOYS! And did we mention she has the cutest waddle walk!! Although she is blind (a result of merle to merle breeding) she in no way lets that hold her back. She mapped out home and backyard very quickly and thrives with some different textures to help her orient herself such as carpet runners inside and floor mats by the door. Willow is crate trained, sleeps through the night, and is mostly house trained with frequent outings. Willow is still learning not to jump and not to mouth hands. She is making progress but because of these behaviors she is not a good fit for a home with young children. Willow is such an amazing girl. Her foster family delights every day in her zest for life and her enjoyment of her toys inside and outside. She especially enjoys herding the jolly balls and carrying toys in her mouth as she romps around the yard. Willow will do well with or without other dogs. We are looking for a one story home with a privacy fenced backyard and no pool.
