Meet Mindy!

She is a 6-7 month old Lab/German pinscher mix female. Active but not insane. Plays a bit hard for a smaller dog but she is also very submissive with the small dogs here. She can still be mouthy but I am working with her on that. She could use a foster to adopt if you are not sure. I need to get a hip replacement, so leash work has been interesting.

When she came to me, she was extremely scared. 2 months later she will come lay with me on the bed. She will dive bomb next to me and wake me up.

Mindy will love then destroy her stuffed toys.

Submit Application

All applicants must be prepared to provide proof of home ownership or a lease showing the pet will be allowed in the home

2.
Approve Application

applicant will need to provide photos of the property detailing fencing and overall yard. More may be required

3.
Interview

Interviews may be done in person or on the phone or at time of meet and greet.

Cat and kitten adoptions EVERY Saturday from 1-4pm and at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

PETCO - DOGS
Dog and puppy adoptions EVERY Saturday from 12:00-4:00 at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
