TINA WEENA is a sweet, super spunky, sassy doxie lady. Tina is convinced she's still a puppy & always wants to play, play PLAY!!

Tina loves older kids, most other dogs & playing with EVERYONE.   Her  favorite games include  "lets-take-all-the-toys-to-the-couch"   and "chase-the-yellow-ball-but-dont-expect-me-to-bring-it-back-to-you".

She came to us as a stray, so we don't know much of her past... only that she is very out-going, bordering on bossy "B" at times.  Chasing squirrels is VERY fun, so cats & small critters are probably not a great idea as potential housemates.
 
Tina is  extremely food motivated --what doxie isn't? Tina is housetrained, but not above sneaking off to piddle in the house if its raining though!   Crates are boring. Tina would much prefer to hang out with you on the couch watching TV - just don't let her steal your popcorn!

TINA WEENA is available for adoption through K-9 Rescue of the Eastern Shore.
 
An adoption process is required to include filling out an online adoption application available at the following link --  https://www.k9rescuees.org/info/adoption
 
Veterinary and personal reference checks, and a home visit/meet-n-greet are required PRIOR to being approved to adopt.   The time frame for completing this process depends largely on how quickly references respond, your vet office is able to speak to us (some want written permission first), your landlord or HOA (if applicable) confirms their approval for a pet, & how your schedule aligns with that of our volunteer(s) for the Home Visit.
