Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Duke, a 10 year old golden retriever mix. Duke was left at a high kill shelter in southern Indiana when his family decided to move without him. Duke has one ear that stands up and one ear that is small due to chronic untreated ear infections. Because of this, he is deaf. Being deaf does not stop this man. He is happy and bounces around when his people come home. Duke runs around the yard and still has zoomies. Duke is completely housebroken. He has not had to be in a crate since coming into his foster home. His favorite past time is sitting on top of the couch and watching what happens in the front yard. Duke is good with other dogs but prefers to eat by himself because he can get possessive about his food. He is a wonderful companion dog and has become so happy and is smiling all the time. He loves to be outside sniffing. A fenced in yard and walks will be the best for him. If you are interested in hearing more about this special man please call Jen at 630-801-3294. He is neutered, up to date on his immunizations and is microchipped. HIs adoption fee is $150
