My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

September is a very sweet girl who I found on a dirt road in rural Oklahoma very skinny and scared. If I hadn't picked her up she would have gotten shot by ranchers or eaten by coyotes. She has been great around dogs of all sizes, from chihuahuas to huskies and perfect with the cats too. She gets a little protective over food still but it's not as bad as when I got her and I 100% believe it will completely go away once she knows she will always have access to food from now on. She does well in a crate but you have to put her in it. She walks on the leash ok but will need a little more training but not much. She is a great gal who will make a great companion to an individual, a couple, or a family. She wakes me up with kisses every morning.

She is currently still in Oklahoma but can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. We have frequent transports to the locations below. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport. If things don't work out for some reason, we will either find a local foster to take her in or she will go on the next transport back to Oklahoma until a new home is found.
