Hey there, I'm Jake, and I'm here to share a little bit about myself in hopes of finding my forever family. You see, I've had some experiences in the past that have shaped who I am today. In my previous home, I was crate trained, but I must admit, I've got a bit of anxiety, and I've been known to break out of some crates. I even chewed through drywall once - oops!
But don't let that scare you off - I'm actually a pretty sweet guy once you get to know me. I've successfully lived alongside children and other dogs before, so I know how to be a good companion. I do have a lot of energy, though, so I'll need someone who can keep up with me.
When it comes to walks, I'll admit, I need a bit of help with proper leash walking. I tend to pull a lot, and I'm pretty strong, so I might need someone who can handle me. But once I've burned off some of that energy, I settle down and become a lot easier to handle.
I'm a big fan of car rides - I ride like a champ! And while I may not know a ton of tricks, I do know how to sit and give paw. Oh, and did I mention I've got a bit of a sweet tooth? I have certain treats that I just can't resist.
Overall, I'm just a lovable goofball looking for a patient and understanding family who can give me the love and guidance I need. If you're up for the challenge, then I'm ready to be your loyal companion for life. Let's make some memories together - I promise, you won't regret it!
