🌟 Introduction:
Hola! I'm Poncho, a dashing young boy who has journeyed all the way from the streets of Mexico to find my forever home in Canada. Rescued from abandonment by an owner leaving me to defend myself, I'm now thriving under the care of my wonderful foster dad, and I can't wait to bring joy and love to your life! I believe I am a Schnauzer mix (so I have been told), approximately one year and 12lbs.
❤️ Personality:
I'm not just a pretty face; I'm a super-loving and friendly boy who adores being close to my humans. If you're in need of a cuddle buddy, look no further – I'm your guy! I get along famously with people and other dogs, spreading happiness wherever I go.
🚶♂️ Training Progress:
I haven’t tried leash walking yet but, my foster dad believes I'll ace it in no time. House training is going well, though a few accidents might happen as I adapt to my new surroundings. My indoor barking is minimal, but I may not be able to contain my excitement when greeting people outside.
🍖 Treat Enthusiast:
I have a weakness for treats, and I take them oh-so-nicely. My foster dad is even considering an Amazon search for a tummy rubbing machine – that's how much I love belly rubs!
🏡 Ideal Home:
I thrive in a house with a fenced backyard, where I can run and play freely. Another furry friend would be great, but I'm open to being your one-and-only too. I'm still getting the hang of playing with toys, but with your love and patience, I'll be a pro in no time.
