Lorelai takes a bit of time to trust and warm up but shows lots of signs that she's looking to completely open up and be your best friend and protector once she trusts. She does best with another dog in the house as she take the lead of that dog will fall into line with the routine very quickly. She follows you everywhere -- so close sometimes that accidentally step on her. Loves treats and walks and car rides. Potty trained and listens very well to commands to go potty. She is anxious to be left alone once she trusts, Ideal owner is someone who can be home with her more often (working from home or retired) and someone who wants a companion to go on walks, car rides, go places.

We will do an over the phone or in person interview with our adoption counselor.

Home Check
We will need a video of your home. We need to see the front numbers of your home, a quick inside walk through and a detailed backyard video.
3.
Meet the Pet
Meet and greets are done at events or at foster homes. These include all members of the family including all pets.
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
Adoption contract will be completed before dog is allowed to come home.
5.
Pay Fee
Adoption fee is range by the age of the dog.
6.
Take the Pet Home
Pets will only be taken home at our adoption events so all paperwork can be given.

If for any reason we see signs of the dog or puppy not doing well in the meet and greet we will remove them from the situation. Foster to adopt is available for many adult dogs.
