My name is Hank!

I’m Hank, and I’m a 42lb shepherd mix.  The first thing you’ve probably noticed about me is my striking gaze!  I am confident that you will fall under the spell of my amber eyes.  If that’s not enough to sell you on this, let me tell you a bit more about myself…:

I was born approx. May 3rd, 2022 (best guess but can never be sure) and I came all the way from a shelter in Mexico. I’m here with hopes of having better luck finding my fur-ever home.  Even though I’ve spent most of my life in the shelter, it hasn’t managed to damper my spirit and disposition.  If anything, it’s only made me even more eager to be part of a loving family!  I’m not materialistic and would rather cuddle with my humans than play with toys.  I have so much love built up to share with you!  But don’t worry, I won’t get upset when you have to leave for work.  I am crate-trained and will stay calm and quiet until you come home.  I look forward to showing you how well I behave on my leash.  I also have some neat tricks to show you!  I know “sit” and “lay down,” but quite possibly the most impressive is that I can catch treats in the air!  I’m a natural!  A home without cats would be best! I think they are super fun to play with.
