Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kip is a lovely little buddy to have around! She has opened up so much since arriving at her foster's home and is now really chatty. She loves to rub up against her foster's legs and follow her around the apartment. She also loves head and neck scratches and will flop down and purr while you pet her for quite a while. Meet sweet Kip today! If you're interested in adopting me, please contact the CASPCA adoptions team at adoptions@caspca.org or 434-973-5959 so we can connect you with her foster family.

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
