Pedro is a 10 pound, 3 year old Chihuahua mix. He has a sparse shiny black coat that should not cause much shedding issues.

This tiny man had no problems immediately integrating comfortably into a pack that includes old, young, big, small, male and female. Though currently not living with a cat, when cat tested with cats that were bigger than he, and kittens that were much smaller, he showed no interest in any of them. Over the holiday he also showed no interest in cats while visiting for the day.

Pedro is a slim athletic little guy that will walk for miles at a good clip and leap onto furniture with no problems. He enjoys a good snuggle and makes a wonderful little bed buddy.

After being properly introduced to strangers, he is comfortable with men, women and gentle children. He is a good traveler and loves going!

We don’t know much about his history other than his owner died. As an intact adult male, it is no surprise that his one fault is marking. Now neutered and on a schedule he is learning better house manners. With time and consistency, that should only get better. He is a smart boy learning how to use the large doggie door in one day.

This cutie pie is lovingly being fostered in Northumberland, PA. 17857. Pedro is UTD on shots, on monthly heart worm meds, chipped and neutered.
