My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi Friends! I’m Diego, a male Lab/Pit Mix with a beautiful brindle and white coat. I’m currently staying at the Chula Vista Shelter ID A242335 after coming in as a stray. I’m almost 2 years old, have a lot of puppy energy, and will do anything for human attention. But I will especially do anything for food. In fact, I love food so much that I don’t really like sharing it, I’m sure you can relate! I also have had some interaction with other pups, but could do with more socialization because I just get so excited! I can also use some help with practicing my leash walking, as of right now I tend to pull and am so eager to go out for walks when the shelter staff takes me on a leash. The shelter is not the best environment for me and I would do great in a home where I can be socialized and receive lots of love! My health is great and I have been neutered and microchipped. I am ready to meet my forever family, could that be you?
