Hello there, I’m Fresia, like the flower. My name suits me because I have a certain elegance that goes beyond the realm of “cat”. I can sit perfectly still and let everything whoosh past, not a care in the world, a pretty flower being admired. I definitely like to climb and romp and run, unless there is a human lap nearby and then I’m on it. I’ll curl up and hide the tip of my tail. You see, I’m black and white in the most stylish way, with black freckles on my white toes, and a white tail tip that other cats cannot resist. If I don’t tuck that in, they will attack that waving white spot. It’s not a toy. Don’t ask to borrow it, either, it doesn’t come off!
I love chin scratches and shoulder rubs and being petted in general. I was born in late August, so I still have lots of kitten energy, which I tend to use in bursts before finding a cozy spot to unwind. I like to eat, I like treats, I want to explore and say hi to the resident cats when they are willing. I can be chasing my grey mouse one minute and then sound asleep the next. I will say hello with a little chirp and then follow you around to help with the litter box, the food bowls, whatever you need.
I’ve got some kid experience, too, and I enjoy trying to figure out what in the world they are doing with all their wiggling around. Give me a blanket with a little kid hiding under it, and I’m busy for ages. I like to give kisses, and then I will settle in for a nap if everyone’s agreeable. Can any kitten resist a soft blanket with someone warm underneath? And yes, I want to be right up against you while we snooze together.
I’m also a purr-master and when I start up, I often get my sister Freida rumbling right along with me. I’d love a new home with Freida or one with resident kittens or cats who want to play and nap, and maybe we can all forget about my fancy tail.
Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested.
