Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*** PLEASE READ - Marsh is in a foster home and is not currently at the sanctuary. If interested in meeting him, please call 570-376-3646 or email secondchanceas@yahoo.com.
Named Marsh because he was found as a stray in Little Marsh, this sweet young guy is your typical coonhound - active, nosy and loveable with an enviable zest for life. He loves meeting new people and loves other dogs, though he'd like a meet and greet with any potential dog siblings. Marsh has been in a foster home since late December, and here's what his foster family has shared:
- He's a very good and polite boy in the house.
- He LOVES the couch and hanging out there with his people.
- He does well in a crate.
- He's doing great with normal training and commands, and lets the humans know when he needs to go out for a potty break.
- He plays well with their 14-year-old dog and is respectful when she's done playing.
- He's curious about cats. He tried chasing one, got hissed at, and hasn't tried it since.
- He loves toys and is very playful, but with the appropriate amount of energy.
