Calming, relaxing, comforting, beautiful, sweet...Lavender really lives up to her name! She even smells nice! This dainty little flower is about 1-2 years old and is ready to plant herself right into your heart. If her sad, soulful eyes don't get you, her adoring personality will. Speaking of eyes, Lavender has a congenital defect that keeps her from opening them all the way. They don't appear to affect her vision or cause her any pain. She's basically just a normal kitty with cute tiny eyes.
Lavender is super sweet with people of all ages and loves to be loved. She's gained a lot of confidence already and is one of the first to greet you in her colony. She's a big fan of playing with toys and figuring out treat puzzles. She's made kitty friends here, but her docile, gentle and submissive nature may but mix with super dominant cats who could bully her. She seems unbothered by dogs. Lavender really is just a delicate flower who needs some tender care so she can blossom into the full-on lovebug she's meant to be. She's is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

We are passionate about pairing animals in need with loving families who would best suit their individual needs. NOTE: You do not have to apply for a specific animal on your application. You can submit it as a "pre-application" for a certain size, age or breed of animal, and if approved, we can contact you if a possible match arrives at the shelter.
