My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My foster writes:
Goat has never met a person he did not love. Goat LOVES
every. single. person. that he meets. When meeting new people
Goat has a wiggle that starts with his bottom and shimmies all
the way up to his head. He wiggles around that person,
approaches slowly (still wiggling) and puts with head in your
hands, he then leans in for pets, nestling his body against your
legs (still wiggling) and then will roll over to ask for belly rubs. In
the house, our smart boy has learned to sit to ask for affection
(often still wiggling) in lieu of jumping. He loves this game and
has gotten so good at it! Though he gets SO excited to meet
strangers that he is still needs practice staying calm and
keeping four paws on the ground for these thrilling occasions.
When around strangers that are uninterested in him or his
human, he doesn't try to interact with them. When strangers
make eye contact with him, coo at him and give him attention on
the street Goat gets so excited, he jumps around, play bounces,
jumps up and pulls towards them. His body language is loose
and wiggly but his movements are big and erratic. His instinct is
very much to jump up and try to lick your face. Sometimes he'll
will jump around in pure excitement in a way that quite literally
resembles a goat. Goat would benefit from a home that will
continue to mirror calmness to him on these occasions and
practice rewarding four paws on ground with the love he is so
eager to give and receive.

Our happy boy is absolutely in love with life and he is so grateful
to be around people. Goat is veryyy chill in the house. He loves
to nap in his bed, he loves to play independently with his toys
and squeak his favorite ball. He will come to you and sit down or
put his head on your lap to ask for pets, but will contently nap at
your feet if you don't comply. Goat loves to watch what you're
doing around the house and will happily follow you around,
curiously sticking his head in the cabinet as you put away the
dishes or in the draw as you fold your socks.
Goat would really appreciate someone that loves him. He would
love to follow his human/s around like velcro and take naps on
their feet while they do the dishes. He would love someone that
will give him lots of belly rubs (his love language) and let him sit
in their lap like he is not large baby. He would appreciate
someone that lets him take leisurely strolls so he can sniff the air
and watch people go by on a street corner. He would appreciate
toys that squeak and a warm comfy bed to take his naps in. He
is so happy to be with people and to be loved and would
appreciate someone that found his enthusiasm and curiosity
endearing.
