Say hello to Jasper, the sweetest pup in the world. We estimate that he is around 1 year old. Despite his rough start to life, he is one of the most phenomenal dogs we currently have in our care. He is fantastic with other people and dogs, he warms up very quickly to strangers (which isn't common in small breeds), and is very smart. He is currently working on housebreaking -- no surprise, he is doing great, and is happy to walk on a leash. He is a minimal shedding dog with a terrier coat.
