Hi! I am Babybel! I am sure you can already tell but I have the most incredible inky black fur with the perfect yellow eyes. Some may say that I am a stunning example of a textbook cat! I just love to nap as high up as possible, preferably on the top shelf of the cat tree next to the window. That way everyone that walks by can notice how beautiful I am! I LOVE to look out windows because then I can watch all of those silly squirrels run by! I love keeping track of what they are up to. I also love to watch the birds! I think it is super exciting when they take off out of a tree! Then I can play a game of hide and seek and try to figure out where they flew to! I am so good at keeping myself occupied if I have a great window to look out of!
I also love toys! I love to chase my catnip filled toys! Any toy will do, but boy oh boy, if you have a toy filled with catnip, you might as well call yourself my new best friend because I LOVE catnip toys! Did I mention that I can be a bit silly?! Sometimes if my awesome sister Brie is sitting inside a cardboard box, I will wander over and try to jam myself in it as well. Boxes are so fun to climb inside! On sunny days, I love to bask in the sun (remember... I mentioned I love a good window?!). I also love to find a warm lap to lie in and hang around for cheek and chin scratches. I love snuggling with my foster mama. She gives the best pets.
My foster mama has noticed that I really flourish in environments with a calm atmosphere! I am just a tender hearted and gentle girl and I would appreciate a family that loves my sweet and sensitive nature. I really love to be the baby of the house, I would thrive best in a home without young children and other cats. My amazing sister Brie De Meaux, is my closest companion, and I cannot wait to spend forever with her. We are a lovely pair and will make someone's home such a happy place! Come see for yourself!

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.
Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.
The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
