My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MISSY, SUPER GIRL, is an ADORABLE, SWEET, Petite,SWEET GIRL is a GREAT GIRL! She truly is the perfect girl! She is so loving, playful, gets along and plays with all dogs and adores people. She has the most darling funny ears and adorable face and personality and is super pretty!!
We recommend her for a beginner dog, she is kind, sweet, loving and great on a leash walk! Recent trail walking pic from January.
We believe her post was not seen because it was so far back in the alphabet, under "M", on our listings , so we have moved her up to STAR front listings!
She was found as a stray in Orange County at a farm and hung out with the workers all day. She was great with everyone and all the dogs. They took her to the shelter to see if her owners were looking for her but no one came even though she had a microchip and collar on when she wondered onto the farm.
She is very striking in her fawn, brindle coat and fun ears. Always has a goofy, loving face! She was just a pup when she was found, so we are guessing she is approx 6 years old.
Everyone loved her and begged Linda Blair Worldheart to save her life!
Totally worth it! She is a terrific gal!
She was even up for a movie recently. She did great!
She will love car rides, hiking, the beach, cuddling and being loved!
Up to date on shots, microchipped and looking for her forever loving home!
Fill out an application and tell us why you are her forever loving and FUN HOME!!Southern Ca adoptions only due to home checks.

More about this rescue

The Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit California Corporation. Our work includes education the public, and working with state, local and national authorities to put an end to pet overpopulation as well as working at the national level to end illegal dogfighting. We visit our local shelters and find abandoned pets on death row, and we give them a second chance at a loving, permanent home. We are one of the few California rescue groups that rescue mothers and newborns (from one to five weeks of age), due to the high fee required by many shelters for their release of unaltered females who need tocontinue nursing their young. These animals are the first to be put to death in shelters. Shelters are unable to raise kittens and puppies and newborns cannot survive the diseases often found in such closely held captive environments. We give our rescued animals immediate medical care, proper nutrition, grooming, and socialization training. We have a few loving foster homes, but we need more caring foster parents. This temporary care can last up to a year so the animal can adjust and heal any physical or emotional wounds. And it always takes time to find the perfect loving home. Southern California Adoptions Only.
