Nellie was retrieved from an animal control who were going to put her down due to space. Katrina pulled her because she was extremely pregnant, and she couldn't stand to know they would destroy all these lives.

A half hour after getting Nellie to her home, she started birthing a total of eleven pups. Ten of which have survived. We are currently supplemental feeding these puppies to help this wonderful mother. She was totally debilitated when we rescued her.
