Lana is a 10-year-old English/French Bulldog mix with a heart as big as her adorable smile. This sweet girl is the definition of easygoing - she loves being around people, soaking up belly rubs and back scratches, and curling up next to her human for cozy naps. Lana is completely potty trained and does a great job letting you know when she needs to go outside.
Her perfect day includes a few short play sessions with her toys, lots of napping, and plenty of snuggle time. She's healthy, with no known medical issues, and has been a joy to foster - effortlessly fitting into a calm, loving home environment.
Lana would thrive best as the only pet in a quieter home without young children. While she's not aggressive with other dogs, she prefers not to share her space long-term. Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
