My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Trudy is a quiet, gentle natured kitten that loves attention from all, including strangers. She especially enjoys spending time out on the screened area where she can watch everything going on outside her house and be ready to join in the fun with the other kittens. She does not mind cuddling close and spending time in volunteer’s laps. Trudy is a great looking kitten that has lot of love to offer someone. Hurry! Come meet Trudy. She will not be here long.

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
