Hello there, I'm Bean! I'm still a young pup, full of energy and love. I've got a soft spot for dog beds, they're my favorite place to snooze after a long day of fun. Speaking of fun, I'm quite the adventurer. I love hiking, exploring new trails, and sniffing out all the interesting scents. But don't worry, I can also be a couch potato. There's nothing better than curling up next to you while you watch TV or read a book. I'm a gentle soul and loyal to a fault! I can be a bit vocal when playing and also if I hear a stranger at the door, so an apartment might not be the best fit for me. I promise to be your faithful companion, always by your side. Adopt me, and you'll gain a best friend who will bring endless joy and companionship to your life.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Once you find a pet your are interested in, please submit an application via lpah.org/adoption

2.
Interview

We will review/interview your references on the submitted application

3.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, we will establish a time for a meet and greet in your home

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and everyone is in agreement with adopting the pet, an adoption contract will occur.

5.
Pay Fee

the fee for dogs is $200 and for cats $100

6.
Take the Pet Home

Once the contract is finalized and the fee is paid, the dog can then go to its forever home!

Additional adoption info

Adoptions are $200 for dogs, $275 for puppies, $100 for cats, and $175 for kittens. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed/neutered (if they are too young an appointment will be made when they become of age).
