Meet Inez, a 7-year-young Siamese Tortie mix. This sweet girl loves head/ear/chin scratches, sitting on heating pads, nesting under warm covers with you, and sitting/sleeping on you when you are lying down flat. Generally she just loves being around you even if she’s not cuddling right next to you!
Inez is so sweet and also just fun to observe! She loves toys that are dragged on the ground and when she’s feeling especially playful she’ll drag herself on the ground too, which is always fun to watch. :)
Even though she doesn’t necessarily cuddle right up to you every time, she’s very affectionate. She loves following you around the house and will always brush up against you, when getting a good scratch she’ll fall into you, and if you stick your face into hers she loves giving a soft little bite on your nose. Sometimes she will try licking you and in bed she will go under the covers and sleep next to you. It’s the best.
This cutie is definitely vocal if she wants to be let into/out of a room or especially wants attention, sometimes around dinner time. She great to converse with!
The only reason Inez is being re-homed is because her current human travels often and doesn’t spend enough time at home. Inez would be very happy in a home where she gets to spend lots of time with her people, they are not traveling and leaving her home alone, and she gets to roam free throughout the house.
Because Inez has been a little sad about being home alone she is currently on a very low dose of anti-anxiety medication but will likely be weaned off soon.
