My name is Heather!

Introducing Heather, an endearing 11-month-old Husky/Lab mix in search of her forever home! With her captivating coat and soulful eyes, she's bound to capture your heart. While timid at first, Heather warms up impressively quickly and blossoms into a sweet and silly character once she establishes trust.

Heather delights in moments of relaxation, often found curled up (or sprawled out!) in her favorite spot, savoring the serenity of a peaceful nap. Her love for chew toys knows no bounds-be it bones, plushies, or anything in between, Heather adores them all equally! While still navigating the dynamics of playtime with people, she seems content entertaining herself. Heather takes breaks from her toys and naps to seek out affectionate pets and rubs from her pawrents.

An outstanding feature of Heather is her remarkable house training. This intelligent pup comprehends the importance of maintaining good potty habits and hasn't had a single accident. Her confidence during city walks continues to grow, and she eagerly anticipates joining you on trips to the park or, even better, a nice romp around a yard!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
