My name is Micheelo!

Birthday: August 6, 2022

No kitty should ever had to go through what poor Micheelo did.  For 6 months, he was trapped in a cage with his mother and siblings.  When rescuers found him, he was incredibly scared.  If you were thrown into a cage for half a year by people, you'd be scared what they'd do to you too!  The family never liked to stay apart even when they were given space.  They'd hide all the time and only came out to eat or use the litter box.  Huddling with this family was the only thing that was giving Micheelo the safety he desperately needed.

Now, after he was placed in a foster home with a couple of his siblings, Micheelo is making some slow improvements!  Though he still likes to hide whenever he's anxious, he's beginning to trust humans again.  He went from only ever coming out for essentials to accepting head rubs whenever he wants them!  When he was introduced to some dogs, he didn't seem to mind them at all!  Whenever he's near a window, he'll "talk" to the birds outside.  He's still an expert hider.

Micheelo adoption donation is $115 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
