We at All Paws Matter believe in the benefits of post-adoption training for our dogs and their families. This allows for continued socialization, learning and helps to create a well-mannered and balanced dog. This is now a requirement in our adoption process. Proof of training classes for puppies specifically is required before adoption.

This sweet bonded pair were found on the streets of Mexico and we are happy to have them here in Canada to start their new lives.

Both Betty and Beto crave human attention. They show they joy and love cuddled up on your lap. They look lovebirds, always ready to play together, stick together to rest and even help each other They learn very quickly and respect rules, with guidance and training can go a long way to becoming a “dynamic duo”

Betty & Beto get along very well with the fosters two dogs but they have not been introduced to cats. They get brushed every day and love it, they also are very amenable to have their teeth brushed as well. It Is very easy to get their coats and boots on and they wait patiently at the door for their foster to do just that.

Their ideal home is one where they could have time to adapt to their new environment. A home with a fenced in yard would be ideal so they could do they business right out a back door. Another dog would be fine with a proper introduction and cats remain an unknown. Children 6+ would be appropriate They have medium energy and not overly exuberant but still act like puppies when they get the zoomies or when they play with each other or their foster brother and sister. They are crate trained and house trained but they do need to do their business every 2 hours right now so it may be difficult to live in an apartment right now. We believe with more time that time should shorten.

They sleep separately in their own crates but they sleep together when they nap during the day and is really is sweet. They are never far apart from each other which is why we want to keep them together. It would be tramautic for them to be separated.

If you feel you would be the right fit for Betty & Beto, please fill out an adoption application at https://www.allpawsmatter.ca/apply-to-adopt/

All APM dogs are UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered, dewormed, Heart worm (4dx snap) tested and arrive with a health certificate. They come to adopter with a harness, a collar and two leashes for safety.

NOTE: The above description is relevant to this dog in its current and previous setting. Home changes and adopter personalities can bring out different behaviours not previously seen. We also do not claim or suggest that our dogs are hypo-allergenic or that they shed/do not shed.

BREED DISCLAIMER: We are never sure of the breed of our dogs since they arrive off the streets or shelters. It is a guess only!
