Hi there, my name is Maddox and I am a high-energy energy happy friendly 1-year-old male Silky Terrier/Schnauzer mix with silky soft shiny locks, and I weigh about 9 lbs. I am a playful lad, running and wrestling with my doggy friends, playing with doggy toys, or any human young and old can be my playmate if they are up to it, LOL. I was a Facebook find in San Antonio Texas when my owner moved to a place with no pets allowed, and I was quickly spotted by 4 Little Paws Rescue. My foster mom says that was a good move because I am sweet and funny, very social, smart, and willing to learn. Overall I am a happy boy, not too bothered by being sold online and I am doing great in my foster home. I am allowed “free-range” status since I don't chew up the household items and if someone can open the door to let me outside regularly, then I’m housebroken. I love to explore and I’m curious, so going on walks would be a fun activity. As far as riding in a car, I could take it or leave it. I am affectionate and love attention, but I’m not the Velcro type. I just want to know someone loves me and will give me a chance to play. I am barely out of puppyhood, so get some toys gathered up, and a couple of playmates, and I’ll see you on 2/10 when I arrive in Connecticut to meet whoever adopts me.
