Meet Josh, he came to us from Clayton county in as a stray. The world is his oyster! No cage is a match for him! He wants to explore the world on his terms. This poor guy has had to do it all on his own and no one took the time to teach him some manners. He needs the firm love of someone that can handle a challenge. Love, trust and submission may be foreign terms to him but the right person will know how to gain all of these. Just like people, it takes being seen for who we are to make us shine. Do you have what it takes to make this boy the best he can be?

Dog is my Shepherd Rescue & Rehab is a 501c3 nonprofit rescue located in Illinois devoted to saving, training, and rehabbing dogs locally and nation-wide from the shelters to the streets. We rescue all breeds, all ages, all sizes, and all personalities. We don't discriminate, from pitbulls to puppies, and everything in between, we rescue them all. We are run by two dog loving gals that want to make a positive pawprint with both short term and long term goals. We know we cannot save them all, but we can save many, and it's our mission to make sure they get their happily ever after.
