Hi, I'm Gracie! They called me Gracie because my momma was saved from a high kill shelter and gave birth to my brothers, sisters and me while she was being transported to Illinois!

I am a brindle mix and I love love love everybody! I am available for adoption. Are you ready to take me home? I'm adorable at 8 months old, I've been trained in basic dog obedience and I'm ready for my adventure and forever home with you! I am now in search of my forever family. As with any puppy, I love to play and have high energy. I promise to be a good and faithful girl for the rest of my life. My momma's dispostion is gentle, loving, and sweet - I want to be just like her when I grow up!

Do you have room in your family for me?

Gracie has gone through a basic training program and ready for adoption! In this program she learned proper heeling on a leash, basic obedience, place command, off leash recall, no bolting out of doors, people and dog socialization, kennel/potty training and more! After adoption process is finalized, the new owners will work with the trainer 1-on-1 for 2 hours to learn what their new dog has learned in the program and how to keep up with training after going home. This will all be included in your adoption fee!

More about this rescue

Our mission is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
