Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Wanda!
Wanda is a thoughtful gal who believes friendship is a slow burn, not a speed date. She likes to take her time getting to know people—once you’re in, though, you’re in, and you’ll see her sweet, silly side shine through.
She also fancies herself a bit of an explorer. If the front door is left unguarded, Wanda may see it as an open invitation to check out the neighborhood (purely for research purposes, of course). A home that can help her keep her adventure dreams in check will be her perfect match.
When it comes to other dogs, Wanda is a “quality over quantity” kind of girl. She’s selective about her canine friends and prefers polite, respectful companions who understand boundaries—she’s not here for chaos, thank you very much.
Wanda would thrive with patient humans who appreciate her quirky charm, respect her pace, and can laugh at her determined spirit. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind pup with a little mischief, a lot of personality, and a heart worth earning, Wanda just might be your girl.

Adoption Process
We have an open adoption policy, so there is no application or interview process. We simply ask that you meet the pet in person before adoption. We have adoption specialists that will help you find the right pet for your family.
Adoption Center
The Adoption Center is located at 7500 N. Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Our Adoption Center is a totally new concept in Oklahoma City where dogs have comfortable, expanded kennels and cats stay in “living rooms” with furniture and toys.
Pets by Appointment
Some amazing dogs get stressed out in a kennel environment like our Adoption Center, and much prefer staying at their foster home until they find their new family. If you see a dog on our website that says “E-Mail to Meet Me” that means that this furry friend is just a click away from getting a ride to the Adoption Center to meet you in person.
Adoption Fees
Adult dogs are $150 to adopt, puppies are $200 to adopt, adult cats are $75 to adopt and kittens are $95 to adopt. All of our pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, treated with all age-appropriate vaccinations and flea, tick, and heartworm preventative prior to being cleared for adoption, so we put a lot of effort and monetary investment into each of our animals including a two-week quarantine period in a foster home. These adoption fees help cover the costs of our animals’ health and well-being!
