Hi folks! I'm Oliver! I am such a sweet loving boy who just needs to be with my peeps! I love going bye-bye in the car, on walkies, and stroller rides! I have hip dysplasia and at my age, we feel no stairs would be best! I'm a big boy weighing in at close to 40#! We are working on reducing some of my chunkiness to help my body condition. Right now, my foster says my skin has lots of issues so we will be testing foods and reducing inflammation. I love sleeping with my human! They are welcome to share my bed. I am a good boy that lets you know when I need to go outside or if I'm not happy with my current situation. I am vocal with little whines but easily shift into a happy boy! I love sitting by the open door to sniff all the things! I'm good with other laidback dogs and would probably be okay with cats and kids.
I am excited to be moving into my future and looking for my forever home.

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
