Pudding came to us as a stray, so we have no prior knowledge of her "before" life. She is currently healing from some pretty severe urine staining, which we can only assume she spent most of her life in a crate and most likely used to breed. Those days are over, sweet girl! It didn't take long for her to win the hearts of a handful of Bulldog Haven NW volunteers and her foster family. She is just the most gentle and loving dog. She is quickly picking up her new routine from her foster fur siblings. It's a life of lots of walks, snuggles and love.
Due to her skin infection, we will need to wait for her skin to heal to proceed with spaying her. She will also need to be evaluated for soft palate and nares surgery to help her strained breathing. Thanks to your kind and generous donations, we will be able to get her the treatment she needs.

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
