Friend! Thanks for stopping by, I sure love visitors and can't wait to tell you all about my favorite thing...ME! I am a sweet, young boxer mix who was picked up as a stray, wandering down the road with my sister. Seems likely my owner kicked us out when we got too old to sell, so we took to the streets. Thankfully we didn't have to stay there long and found our way to some amazing people called DOG RESCUERS. I've been in a foster home for a while now, and what I can tell you is that I love my foster family, and I love to play with the dogs who already lived in the home. It takes me just a bit to warm up to new people; after all, I was tossed out like trash before so am nervous of that happening again. My ideal home would have another playful dog for me to learn from; not only will it help get my energy out, but it would also help me learn house manners and will help me bond with my human family. I am crate trained and doing great on potty training, with only an occasional accident. Pretty much the perfect package here. Please consider applying to adopt me; I would really love a family to call my own!
All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.

Due to recent events, we use discretion when adopting to a home with children under the age of 5 and to an adult under 23. This does not mean you are automatically disqualified, but we may require additional information.

The adoption fee for all animals listed depends on the breed/species, age, vet care, cost to pull from the kill shelter, worming medicine, flea medicine, vaccinations, micro chip, etc. The adoption fee BARELY covers all of the previous mentioned expenses. Please do not ask for us to lower the fee.

All adopters must fill out an application. Please note: Once you submit an adoption application, it could possibly take up to 10 days to process. Thank you for your patience. The dogs listed on this site are located at various foster homes throughout Ohio & some are located at a private boarding facility. Anyone wishing to visit one of our dogs or other animals must first complete an application and be an approved adopter before scheduling an appointment. Majority of scheduled appointments take place at a boarding facility in Grafton, Ohio

Please make a note that we do not transport our animals to you; you would need to come to Grafton Ohio to meet and possibly adopt.

More about this rescue

This site supports a small group of people who try to help as many animals that we can that have been displaced. All of the animals are checked by a vet, altered and updated on all vaccinations prior to going to a home.

We are all volunteers who do the best that we can with the limited funds and resources available to us. We give the potential adopter as much information as we can, including copies of all vet records but we normally do not know the history of the animals, as they are strays at the pound or taken by a humane officer from poor living conditions. Very rarely do we have owner releases. Most dogs in our program were minutes away from being put to sleep so the pound could make space for more strays.
