My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Billie, a lovely Akita, found her way to us from a local shelter in NJ after being discovered wandering in a park. Initially bewildered, she would alert bark, but now, she's settled in beautifully, realizing we're her friends. Billie has mastered some basic commands, is housebroken, and walks well on a leash. While she may take a little time to warm up, once she does, she's a sweet kisser who adores zoomies. Billie appears to get along with male dogs, so with a proper introduction, she could potentially live happily with the right male companion.

Interested in welcoming this charming sweetheart into your home? Please go to our website and put in your application for Billie: www.bigeastakitarescue.org.
