We are a 501(c)3 non-profit Akita breed rescue dedicated to helping Akitas in shelters who have been abandoned, abused, and left unwanted by their owners.

Additional adoption info
Adoption application, home visit, vet and reference checks are mandatory. You must come to meet the dogs, most likely in NJ, with all household members. Adoption contract and adoption donation are required. You will be asked to sign a legally binding adoption contract. Our adoption donations are sliding scale depending upon the age and circumstances of the animal of interest.
