My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Charlie, a spirited tomboy-pup who delights in muddy adventures and rowdy playtimes. Despite her rough-and-tumble nature, she's undeniably the prettiest gal around, unafraid to roll into the mud for her beloved toys. Beneath her playful exterior lies a heart of gold, eager for affection and attention.
She was found by a Good Samaritan while wandering the streets, and brought to the shelter by the police. Charlie initially struggled with fear and anxiety upon entering the shelter. It took time and patience to earn her trust, but outdoors, she blossoms into a pup craving love and companionship, eagerly seeking cuddles and affection. At around 2 years old, Charlie may be selective with other dogs, but she's open to meet-and-greets with potential furry friends. With a keen love for treats and toys, she's easily motivated and walks well on a leash, though she thrives with someone who can offer her patience as she continues to reveal more of her charming personality each day. Could you be the one to give Charlie the loving home she deserves?

More about this shelter

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
