Foxy is a 4-year-old Golden Doodle who is a retired puppy mill breeding dog. Although she is a Mini-Doodle, she is not a small dog at 40 lb. She is smaller than a standard sized Doodle, but is definitely not "mini." Foxy is a very sweet dog, but due to her background, is very timid and shy. She is under-socialized, so will need an adopter with a great deal of patience and understanding while she learns how to be a family pet. She will need a home with at least one even-tempered, well balanced dog to be her friend and mentor. She will also require a fenced yard since leash-walking is very frightening for her, and she will need plenty of exercise within a secure area. If you'd like to learn more about Foxy, please submit an adoption application online at https://www.mistyeyes.org/adoptionapplication.
