Midnight is a quiet, gentle kitty that enjoys lounging out on the screened area where she can watch everything going on in her house and outside. She is a little shy with strangers but warms up quickly when she gets to know someone. She gets along great with all the other cats in her house and would not mind at all sharing her forever home with another kitty or two. Midnight would do best in a quiet, settled home where she could receive and give love. Come meet Midnight. Spend a little time with her and see for yourself what a nice addition she would make to a home.

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
