My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Hootie! I was fending for myself with my 2 siblings at a trailer park on a busy road where it was not safe for us. A trapper trapped us and it was really scary! My ears were pressed back and my eyes were so big, the trapper thought I looked like a little owl, hence my name, Hootie. It didn't take me long to realize that my life had taken a turn for the better! No more scavenging for food, and cold windy nights! Now I am warm and comfy, have good food and realize humans are pretty nice! I had never seen a toy before, but my foster mom has showed me to to play a little bit and I love batting the balls around a circular pyramid and some catnip toys but for the most part, Im still learning to play. I got separated from my siblings and really miss them so I definitely need to have another kitty to play with in my new home. I can be a bit shy at first but once i get to know you , I will love to hang out with you. I am pretty vocal especially when it's meal time or when I want love. I love to be petted, brushed and I love belly rubs! My foster mom says I could win a purring contest.  I am allergic to Advantage flea treatment so I will need Revolution for future preventatives. I would love to meet you and see what kind of toys are at your house and am looking forward to a family, and sibling of my own to love me forever!
