My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little nugget is our latest chi-angel hybrid offering state-of-the-art tail-wagging technology. Quimney is equipped with all of the best cuteness components, and is also 50% more adorable than previous models. Along with other innovations like premium puppy eyes and extra-large ears, this sweet guy will offer love 24/7.

Here's some notes from his foster:

Quimney is the perfect dog. He is very generous with his attention and kisses and loves nothing more than to snuggle up with you. He's also just as happy to snuggle up in his favorite spot if you need to leave him at home alone.

He's 100% house trained and enjoys his food. He responds to his original name of Pepper so if you need to call him for dinner or walks, he responds when you call out Pepper.

He loves walks. He does a little happy dance when he knows he's going out.

He gets startled easily with loud noises and too much activity so he'd like a quiet home and would prefer to avoid crowed areas. He gets along with everyone however if they give him the space to approach them first.

More about this rescue

Muttville is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to improving the lives of senior dogs. On a local level, Muttville rescues senior dogs and finds them foster homes or gives them hospice. On a global level, Muttville provides information about caring for older dogs and support for people who do.

Through associations with shelters and other animal organizations, Muttville finds senior dogs that have been given up and are not likely to find adopted homes. Through outreach and networking, Muttville finds suitable foster homes for these dogs. Ultimately, Muttville will have its own facility to house dogs that are not yet placed, or that are unlikely to be placed.
