Yee haw! This little chi terrier mix looks like a spotted heifer who left the herd for urban adventures. Only he is very small, perched on tiny legs, and has pointy outsized ears - one up and one down. Probably just a little Jack Russell in his mysterious past. But, boy howdy is he cute! Tito enjoys leisurely exploration, making dog friends, and soliciting donations of scritches and pets from all humans in his midst. Like the best elders, he is patient, wise, forgiving and cuddly. Round him up and take him home.
Here's some notes from his foster:
After just a few days, Tito has warmed up and showing everyone his lovable personality!
This sweet boy loves cuddles, butt scratches, head pats...pretty much anything that involves being close to his person. Tito also loves getting to know new dogs as well- we're working on picking up social cues and giving personal space to our friends!
Everyone loves Tito's sweet and charming personality, but I don't want to leave out his looks- he has white fur with the cutest tan spots like a Jack Russel, the body length of a Dachshund and the face and most perfect ears of a Chihuahua.
Tito loves being in the sun, getting fresh air on his walks. He has a great appetite, sleeps through the night (preferably cuddled up to you) and enjoys playing fetch and chewing his squeaky toys.
His personality + his adorable ears = the most perfect boy!!

More about this rescue
Muttville is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to improving the lives of senior dogs. On a local level, Muttville rescues senior dogs and finds them foster homes or gives them hospice. On a global level, Muttville provides information about caring for older dogs and support for people who do.
Through associations with shelters and other animal organizations, Muttville finds senior dogs that have been given up and are not likely to find adopted homes. Through outreach and networking, Muttville finds suitable foster homes for these dogs. Ultimately, Muttville will have its own facility to house dogs that are not yet placed, or that are unlikely to be placed.
