My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fire never had the opportunity to have a loving home until he came into our foster care. This poor boy was raised in horrendous conditions leaving him hesitant around people. With love, time, and an open heart someone can give him an amazing future. An experienced adopter would be ideal because he will need someone to take their time and build his well earned trust. He LOVES to play and to eat, so using Churu and some cat teasers will be a great way to bond with your new best friend. He just needs someone to take a chance so that he doesn't end up stuck in the foster system for months or years.

Meet the pet/Interview stage where a owner is to meet the pet and sit down with the coordinator and answer questions

Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved contract can be signed and pet goes home

We specifically look to see if their other pets are properly cared for by requesting records from veterinarians

Go meet their pets

Since we don't have a single physical location we do meet and greets by appointment only. Our meet and greets will be held at a local vet clinic in Colleyville where you will get to meet the kittens you selected to see.

More about this rescue

Rainbow Kitten Rescue is an independent rescue based out of Dallas Texas, just a passionate vet tech looking to give back to the community. Our goal is to take some of the strain off shelters and larger rescues, helping wherever we can. I advocate for spaying/neuter and will occasionally assist with TNVR but we are mainly here as a foster home to help kittens adjust to new lives eventually. We provide a dog and cat-filled home to ensure our fosters are comfortable with all types of pets. We love our adopters with canine friends!
