My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Lacy.  She was found as a stray and then pulled out of a high kill shelter to enter the Haven to Home Foster Program. Her breed is unknown, but if we had to guess we think she is some type of Sheepdog/Doodle mix. Lacy is as great as dogs come, and she hasn’t met a person she hasn't won over with those big beautiful eyes and her amazing smile. In addition to her stunning beauty, she is gentle, fun-loving and has the sweetest personality.  Lacy loves to be petted and snuggled and will take every opportunity to be close to her humans.  A home with another friendly, playful canine or active children would be make her extremely happy. Lacy is dog friendly and full of energy; she loves cats but thinks they all want to play as much as she does which can be intimidating to some cats. Long walks and fetching tennis balls are two of her favorite activities, second only to snuggling! An active, loving family is a MUST. Lacy is house trained and crate trained. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives.  If you are ready to fall in love, apply for Lacy today!
