Mama showed up, puppy in tow, at her finder’s house. She stayed with her finder for about a week before coming to the shelter, and she’s ready to find her forever home now! Here’s what some of her friends at the shelter have said:
“Mama was in good spirits today and as usual we walked around the park so that she could get several long rolls in the grass. She’s getting quite affectionate, too.”
Mama sat while I leashed her and we went for our usual walk around the park. She loves rolling in the grass, followed by belly rubs. She knows sit and also gave paw for a biscuit. Very sweet girl.”
“Mama and I went to the play yard today and she rolled and rolled in the sand, enjoying herself immensely. Mama is friendly and easy to handle.”
Mama has been social when meeting other dogs in playgroup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. She may also do best in a home without cats or other small pets. Ask to meet Mama today!
