My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pauli was born here at the rescue 3 days after his mom got dropped off, and is the last remaining kitten. Pauli is a very easy going and easy care kitty who's finally been calmed down from being a typical active kitten into a young and distinguished adult boy. He loves to snuggle at night or in a chair for a nap and is quite affectionate although more on his term. He's not too keen on being picked up to be carried around. He's litter box trained on both clumping litter as well as horse bedding pellets.
Pauli is pretty easy to please with food, both wet and dry.
Pauli is a little shy with strangers but after he warms up he is an affectionate and loyal boy.
He is an indoor/outdoor cat although in winter he hardly ever goes outside and if he does then it's only for a very brief moment. In summer he loves spending time outside more than staying inside. However he is adaptable to being an indoors only cat.
Pauli is up to date on shots.

Additional adoption info

we want to make sure that the pet and new family are the right fit to avoid the animal being surrendered again or getting passed on. To ensure this we ask questions on lifestyle (if adopter is very active or not), how much they are home, what other animals are in the home/on the property etc. We want to both the animal as well as the adopter be set up for success which is that both sides are happy and their needs are met.
